With a sprawling list of successful projects that span over 5 states, Jason Vedadi, owner of Titanium Builders and Developers, has been capable of making his mark on both the residential and commercial real estate scene. His knowledge and vision of the industry allowed for the emergence of his company, which created its foundation on the ability to establish positive customer relations, demonstrate the values and integrity of the highest caliber, and forge strong ties to the community.
Projects performed by Titanium Builders demonstrate a broad spectrum of skills and areas of expertise. These areas include: high-end housing developments, residential home remodeling, retail office development, condominium complex projects, multi-family housing units, the modernization of boutique commercial space, wast water treatment facilities, and large scale work force housing projects.
With just under a decade of experience under his belt, Jason Vedadi has been able to already accomplish the goals and master the skills that many business owners struggle to achieve throughout the course of their careers. This ongoing list of accomplishments and successful projects are a direct results of the unique business savvy, dedication to quality, and commitment to client satisfaction that Mr. Vedadi has ingrained into his day-to-day practices.
After graduating from the University of Montana with Business degree, Mr. Vedadi first applied his commitment to his ambitious goals by pursuing a PGA tour card and was fortunate enough to participle in several USGA events (a talent he continues to enjoy today). Mr. Vedadi quickly acquired a taste for starting his own business and founded a successful mortgage company (from 2004-2009), which provided his with extensive experience in lending and raising private equity. In addition to speaking fluent Farsi, achieving a black belt in Taekwondo, becoming a Papa Johns franchisee, and traveling to over 60 countries, Mr. Vedadi has proved himself as a true leader both in and out of the office.

It was 5 years ago that Todd Rothrock joined forces with Jason Vedadi and formed what would become a rewarding and successful business partnership in Titanium Builders and Development. But the truth is that much like many leaders of the industry, Rothrock’s desire and drive for a career in building and development were obvious even as a youth.
The diversified and excelled skill set that Rothrock brings to the table on current projects stems from his fortunate past work experiences in which he was able to work with and learn from the most talented contractors available. With this ever-increasing war chest of knowledge, Rothrock was able to acquire an impressive list of specialty licenses including HVAC and Electrical.
Almost 15 years ago Mr. Rothrock received his General Contractor’s License, which he immediately applied to his own construction company, along with his impeccable organizational and communication skills. Due to the caliber of his work, this company quickly grew and was soon managing large, commercial projects and developing land in Washington State. These projects included the construction of apartment complexes, resort condos, downtown lofts and retail development.
Now as a partner of Titanium Builders, Rothrock has played a critical role in the management and development of many very large-scale projects as well as multiple master plan communities.
When Titanium Builders moved their base of operations to North Dakota in 2012 to help meet the housing and community needs created by the recent oil boom, Rothrock spearheaded the overseeing of various residential and commercial projects in the area that have managed to help a small community blossom into a large, healthy and vibrant region.
As a man of strong moral fiber and work ethics, Todd Rothrock has proven himself as a dependable and dedicated provider for his family, friends, clients, and the company.
Joseph Kachuroi

Joseph Kachuroi was an obvious choice as an addition to the Titanium Builders team. Not only does he have over 25 years of extensive experience in the building and development industry but he also has proven himself to truly be a Jack-of-all-trades regarding the matters of the day-to-day operations of business.
As a Constructional Engineer and Commercial Real Estate Broker, Kachuroi has an advantage in the development industry. His communication skills alone are constantly proven to be invaluable, as made clear during his time in Arizona where he successfully resolved development issues on some of the largest projects in the state.
Through his leadership and client management skills, Kachuroi became one of the four partners of Commerce Realty Advisors and West Pac, a group that managed to secure over $800 million in brokerage annually and developed approximately 45,000 lots in the greater valley area of Phoenix, AZ.
On top of his admirable work ethic, Kachuroi has been able to utilize his creative side to further elevate him from the competition. This creative side also shows itself in Joseph’s other area of interest, his music. As a talented piano player, Kachuroi has spent over 17 years performing with jazz musicians in Scottsdale and Phoenix and has dedicated his time to teaching underprivileged children how to play music as a Board Member of the Next Student Academy, an Arizona not for profit.
When not working or working on his music, Kachuroi spent a large amount of time as an achieved, competitive ski racer all around North America. Joseph won competitions on both coasts before settling down in Denver, CO. to begin his bright career in commercial brokerage and development.
Joseph is a Member of; the Home Builders Association, the Arizona Real Estate Association; Phoenix Volunteer; the Scottsdale Center for the Arts; the Anytown Association; the United States Ski Instructor Association of America; and The David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, but most importantly a member of the team here at Titanium Builders and Development.
